World Suicide Prevention Day on 10 September 2024

NIMHR successfully observed World Suicide Prevention Day on 10 September 2024 under this year’s theme, “Changing the Narrative of Suicide.” The event focused on suicide prevention at the community level and was organized for Anganwadi workers and Sahayikas of District Sehore. Participants received crucial information on risk assessment and practical strategies for prevention. The session was also attended by NIMHR students and staff, further enriching the discussion and commitment to reshaping how we understand and approach suicide prevention.
